Lead UX & interaction designer of the navigation for Airbnb's iOS7 app. Travel and host left navigation "spaces" provide users with clear environments to engage with the core Airbnb product experiences: traveling and hosting. Background gradient pulls from last page viewed.

Biggest challenge was to keep the Airbnb experience unified, rather than make two distinct guest and host apps. This drives more downloads and converts more guests to hosts - a business goal. Our vision is one Airbnb community.
